IRP Registration Services

IRP stands for International Registration Plan. This is the agreement made between the 48 contiguous United States, the District of Columbia and the ten provinces of Canada. The agreement gives commercial drivers the ability to operate throughout various jurisdictions while conducting their commercial carrier business. License fees are paid by the carrier to the home state where the truck is registered and then distributed by the IRP Program to the various jurisdictions in which the commercial vehicles travel.
